Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in screen. We'll send a reset link to your email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Play Store must be cancelled through your device's subscription settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on Android.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the Settings page in the app. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What are AI tokens?

Tokens are consumed when you use AI-powered features like generating workouts, programs, or nutrition plans. Each subscription tier includes a monthly token allocation. Unused tokens do not roll over.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email us at support@iltt.io with a description of what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots. Include your device model and app version.
