Terms of Service

1. The Service

ILTT is a fitness automation platform for personal trainers. It provides tools for managing clients, creating workout spaces, scheduling sessions, and automating coaching workflows. The service is available on iOS, Android, and Web.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use ILTT. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. One person or legal entity may maintain only one account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in ILTT, including client records, workout spaces, programs, nutrition plans, assessments, and automation rules. You grant RADLAB LLC a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ILTT offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe depending on your platform. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time through your platform's subscription management. Refunds are handled by the respective platform per their policies.

5. Token Economy

Paid tiers include monthly AI token allocations. Tokens are consumed when using AI-powered features (program generation, workout creation, etc.). Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods. Token balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell access to the service without authorization
• Use AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

ILTT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use with clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RADLAB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be addressed through binding arbitration. Class-action and class-wide arbitration are waived.
